WHAT IS THE MIS REPORT?
A Management Information System (MIS) Report is a report that contains all of the annual testing results for a company with an FAA Anti-Drug & Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.

COMPANIES REQUIRED TO SUBMIT MIS REPORTS
50+ Employees
Any operation with an FAA Anti-Drug & Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program that has 50 or more employees performing a safety-sensitive function on January 1st of the calendar year.
49 or Less Employees
Operations that received a letter from the FAA requiring them to submit a MIS report for the previous calendar year.
The FAA can require companies with less than 50 employees to submit an MIS Report.
